Fort Bend Women's Center 8th Annual Healing & Hope Luncheon is scheduled for Wednesday, October 15th at the Houston Marriott Sugar Land from 11 a.m. - 1 p.m. and will feature New York Times Bestselling Author and guest speaker, Marcia Clark. Clark is best known as the lead prosecutor in the O.J. Simpson trial and will bring her expertise and experience to shed light on the complex legal challenges surrounding domestic violence and sexual assault. Fort Bend Women's Center's mission is to assist ALL survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault and their children to achieve safety and self-sufficiency, while striving to prevent violence against women. Since our founding in 1980, we've assisted over 61,000 men, women, and children. The Healing & Hope Luncheon is a keynote event hosted by Fort Bend Women's Center for Domestic Violence Awareness month and is a vital fundraiser to aid survivors in breaking free from intimate partner violence.
